Goracing.com, Inc. and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (together the "Company") will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS TYPE OF CONTEST. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

A. To enter, log on to GoRacing.com and complete and submit an official entry form during the Contest period. One winner will be randomly selected each week (on or about Thursday of each week) during the Contest period from valid entries received during the prior seven (7) day period from all eligible participants. Each winner will be awarded one (1) 1:24 scale Motorsports Authentics diecast car autographed by the driver, and have that car shipped to the winner’s mailing address. Unsuccessful participants will automatically be re-entered into subsequent weekly random selections.

B. The Contest period will begin on or about 2/14/08 and end on or about 4/30/08 at 12 A.M. EST. Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest without prior notice.

C. Each winner will be notified by email at the email address provided on the official entry form. Each winner will receive an authentication code, and will be instructed to call a toll-free number to present that code. Upon verification of the code, each winner will be provided an official release form to be completed and submitted to Company within 14 days, along with a copy of the winner’s personal identification bearing his/her photograph, name and address. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. If a winner is disqualified or fails to call Company with a valid authentication code within 24 hours of receipt of the email notice, Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion. All prizes subject to change or substitution at Company’s sole discretion. Allow four to six weeks for delivery of prize.

2. Prize(s). Weekly winners will receive one (1) 1:24 scale Motorsports Authentics diecast car autographed by a driver (approximate retail value: $150.00), selected by Company in its sole discretion from a pre-determined list of available inventory. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of notification of winning or will be forfeited. Tax liability, if any, on prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

3. Eligibility and Limitations. Contest open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Only one (1) entry per person, and only one (1) prize per participant. Employees of the Company and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

4. Release; Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating in the Contest, unless otherwise prohibited by law, you expressly: (A) release the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, from any liability or claim of any kind or nature for any loss, claim, damages or injury of any kind associated with participation in the Contest and acceptance, possession or use of any prize; (B) accept and agree to be bound by these rules and Company’s decisions relating to participation in the Contest, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, all such decisions being final; (C) grant Company permission to use your name, image, voice and/or biographical information in connection with promotion of this and other contests, with no right or claim for prior review, royalty, right, or remuneration for such use; and (D) grant Company permission to use, and to allow third persons to use, your personal information obtained from your participation in the Contest for marketing and other purposes (including without limitation emails about subsequent commercial opportunities). To request removal from our direct mail, email or fax lists, send such request by email marked “Diecast Car Giveaway” to customersupport@goracing.com or by self addressed stamped envelope to Die Cast Car Giveaway, Goracing.com, Inc., 6301 Performance Drive, Concord, NC 28027.

5. Conduct; Decisions; Communications. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest. Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. Company is not responsible for miscommunications, failed transmissions of any kind, technical failures, misdirected, late, lost, errant or incomplete entries, emails or telephone calls, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions made by the Company are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. Miscellaneous. Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, send such request by email to customersupport@goracing.com or by self addressed stamped envelope to Company’s address, listed below. The conduct of the Contest is governed by all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
